For these people, buying a second place somewhere else may let them have a change of scene, and the rent from the family house may well pay the mortgage on the second place. This is a great way to build a property portfolio to give a second and third income stream while keeping property to pass on to the children eventually.

Looking for a great agent is the first step in finding that new place that everyone is looking forward to moving to. On their books they should have a full array of houses and apartments of every size and shape conceivable. Cutting down the choice is made easier by filling in a template of the needs of the buyer, and this also cuts down on time spent trawling through many pages of properties too. Since most websites for these agents now have photo albums too, the buyer can get a good idea of what is on offer well before they go and take a look at the place in person. However, as much research should be done on the new place before stepping foot onto the property so that no hidden surprises occur and disappoint the buyer immediately.
