Biguanide as a sanitizer is hassle and trouble free. Unlike chlorine and bromine, biguanide pools are not really that hard to maintain. Biguanide products and test kits are available in all-in-one packages, eliminating the need for you to search around stores. Chemicals only need to be put in on a weekly and even, at times, a monthly basis — depending of course on your water test results. A biguanide treated pool is pretty much self maintaining. It seems that the only downside is that not all chemicals are compatible with biguanide.
