Water – Everybody seems to know how important it is to drink the recommended amount of water each day but not nearly as many actually drink it. The minimum that an individual should drink each day of this much needed liquid is approximately 64oz. The amount should be adjusted for more active individuals who should drink more water but this is a safe goal to aim for. Because our bodies are made up of such a large amount of water it is necessary for us to drink in order to facilitate certain bodily functions that are important to our survival. Furthermore water works to flush our systems from toxins that may lead to a number of problems as well. If you are serious about improving the quality of your health then you should be sure to start with drinking the right amount of water.

Milk – Milk is another major part of most people\’s diets and unless you are one of those individuals who suffers from being lactose intolerant you should be sure to get the recommended daily amount. Not only does milk contain the important nutrient calcium but also contains protein, vitamin D, and a number of other important nutrients. Milk is also said to help lose weight and build muscle at the same time. Drinking enough milk is an easy, great way to start improving the condition of your health without having to do a lot of work.

Juice – Juice is also extremely important but when choosing which juice you will drink you will have a number of things besides nutrient contents that you will want to pay attention to. Some juices can be packed with sugars so you want to find one with 100% of your vitamin C but without all of the extra sugars.

Taking good care of your self isn\’t always easy but drinking the right liquids everyday is a way to get an easy start. Before long you will be on your way to better health.
