The corn hole game is a game that has been played for so many years now which is also commonly as bean bag toss game. Basically, you just need a board and a couple of corn hole bags to be able to play the game. The board normally has one or more holes which is where the player should aim and toss the bag. Basically, you only need a ruler, scissors, needle, thread, beans and the fabric.

1. The first thing that you should do is to choose the fabric that you will use. You can actually use a fabric with a plain color or something that have designs. Any of the two would be fine as long as you are going to use two colors or designs. You will need to make a total of 8 bags – 4 from one color/design and another 4 from the other color/design. Using the ruler, you have to measure about 6 inch squares and then cut them using the scissors. You will need to cut 8 fabric squares for each color so that would be a total of 16 squares.

2. Once you already have the 16 squares, it’s time for sewing. In this part, you have to remember that you have to sew the 2 fabrics inside out and when your almost done, you can turn them right-side out. You also need to leave an opening near the top about 2 inches because you still need to put something in. You can sew the fabrics using your hands or you can use a sewing machine if there is one available.

3. As soon as you are done sewing the fabrics, you can turn them right-side out and you can do this with the use of the 2-inch opening near the top. Then you can measure about 12 oz. to 14 oz. of beans that will be placed inside the sewed fabrics. After this, you can finish sewing the small opening and you are good to go. You already have your own corn hole bags.

Basically, these are the steps that you have to follow for you to make your own corn hole bags. It is not that difficult to make your own bags, is it? So instead of spending a certain amount of money in purchasing new corn hole bags, why not make your own instead.
