Be consistent with your bladder-One of the most effective ways to get an overactive bladder under control is to be consistent every day. You may be surprised to learn that you can actually retrain your bladder. Set up a schedule as to when to use the bathroom (ideally every 2-3 hours), and soon your bladder will begin anticipating when it can empty and when it can’t. It is important to understand that this is a technique that you need to be consistent with in order to get good results.
