Where’d All That Hair I Just Had Go?
Everyone’s appearance changes as they age, hardly anyone escapes it. From lines on our faces to graying hair even losing some height. For some it is a natural process, and for other folks it may happen somewhat prematurely.
There is a line of thinking that some of this is attributed to how you look after yourself throughout your younger years. Diet, regular workouts and grooming behavior are essential. One more aspect involves our own genetics. There\’s really no fighting this kind of part. What genes you get are a roll of the dice and it is what it is once you have them. But think about folks who have problems with issues like ulcers, migraines and sudden hair thinning or baldness early on inside their lives? Well, there are many simple answers because of this, but it could be difficult to determine what type applies to an individual.
We all want to keep our heads of hair forever. Well, maybe forever can be a tad pushing it, but at the very least until we\’re dead and gone. Heck, I seriously plan too. Hair is one part of our appearance that provides us a certain level of self assurance and self esteem. With it, we may feel like we can take on the day knowing our hair is done just right and we look good. Without it, we could often feel unacceptable and even unattractive. This brings me back around to the hated problem of sudden baldness. This can occur basically any moment after birth. At times it occurs even in young adulthood. Ever see a young man in his early twenties going bald? He can tell you himself, his self esteem may be all but nil.
It often may caused by stress. Yep, classic ‘wish it’ll be gone and stay gone’ stress can knock your hair right off the top of your hair, and from what I hear, pretty quickly sometimes. And whoa, does this pesky little condition cause plenty of problems!
So many health afflictions can usually be linked to stress. It can make your whole body system weary and even shut down over time, your muscles tired and sore, your head hurt, your skin breakout (even on your back…trust me), ulcers can form within your stomach, it can wear down your emotions causing you to do or say things you normally wouldn’t and it can rob you of your long held, beautiful head of hair.
Another cause of sudden baldness can be your genetic makeup though. The genes you received from both sides of your parents always plays a part. This is why it\’s imperative to know your family history. You should know this for general health and later for if and when you want to start a family of your own. If you\’re experiencing sudden hair damage, find out if someone else did before somewhere in your family tree if at all possible. Maybe the father of your great grandfather had also been afflicted with this condition.
Ultimately, surgery can be a determinate in terms of sudden hair damage. Surgical procedures tend to be a shock to your systems, which sometimes causes your body to react curiously.
There are approaches to battle sudden baldness and hair loss generally speaking. Probably the most frequent culprit is stress. So, where can be your stress coming from? Chances are, you already know, dear reader. Take steps to deal with stress in the new, more constructive ways if your old ones aren’t working for you. Unload your worries on someone whom is willing to listen that you can trust. Rarely does any good come from keeping fears and anxieties bottled up. Another solution to relieving this ailment is through massage therapy and relaxation. The rubbing of you skin from scalp to you toes is a definite do in my book.
So do what you can ladies and gentlemen to keep as many of those luscious strands on your heads. Stress and I have an understanding; it can take the hair on my knuckles, toes and any stray facial stuff. Any place else and it’s gonna be some furniture moving around here.
Keep your heads up and don’t let sudden hair loss get to the best of you.
