This entire mess came to be infamously known as Emaar Case, though strongly refuted by Emaar MGF and Emaar properties as false and baseless. The case came under the scrutiny of public investigator CBI and several Emaar accused has emerged due to extensive cooperation between Emaar MGF CBI. This soon resulted in summons to all Emaar accused parties. Continued investigation by CBI has foiled the plans of parties with vested interest to mar the name of this reputed firm. Giving a peep into the real dealings, Emaar MGF CBI corroboration has made the real Emaar accused writ large.
