Type “sfc /scannow”.
Running this command may take some time. You need to be patient and do not close it until it is done.
3. Use System Restore.
System Restore is very useful when you want to bring your computer back to a time when it doesn’t have the errors yet. You need to select a restore point before you are getting the tpcip error. To do this:
Click on Start.
Type in “System Restore” without the quotation marks.
Follow on-screen instructions.
6. Check for Minidump Logs.
The minidump log records all the systems processes and error. To thoroughly check the type of issue whether the tcpip.sys error is the main cause or an effect of another problem, you need to read the crashes logged therein. It might prompt you that you need permission to access it. Just click Continue.
To pull the minidump logs in your computer,go to, “C:\\Windows\\Minidump”.
