Hi today we will be talking about the great big wide world of printing and focusing but not exclusively on canvas printing.

There are all sorts of different types of printing and all sorts of things to know and find out about printing so I thought we would take the time to talk about some of the great and very useful printing types and what they are used for and how they came to be a very important part of our everyday life in things we use and things we see around us every day.

Many people like to talk about the fact that everything is moving online from books to even the daily paper and why go to a art museum when you can view all the art work canvas printing or otherwise online from the comfort of your own home sat right there all cosy on the sofa, but that’s not the way to have an experience. I can assure you even though there may be a lot of changes these days of how we use art work, canvas prints and the printed word and indeed view them but there will always be a need and demand for the printed word and image and we will talk about some of the printing uses’ available today.

One of my favourite uses for printing these days is the canvas print and the art of canvas printing. It has not stood still for a second of the last decade as the art form is changing and improving all of the time. Canvas printing has been used for many years for many different things one of the biggest uses of canvas photo printing is printing art on canvas, this is something that you can see every day in our high street shops as they are everywhere and they are just getting bigger and cheaper and that is great for the public who want to buy a piece of art at a great price. The reason the art work we see on the high street getting bigger is because of the printers use in canvas printing the advancements in canvas printers as they have come a long way and all though there have always been very big industrial printers they were not always widely used because of the cost of the printer its self and also the cost or running such a big machine but as the technology has moved forward the printers have become a lot cheaper to buy and run.

This means that a lot more canvas printing businesses are using these large format printers and that is why we are seeing such an increase of large canvas prints on the high street. As we mentioned not only are we seeing a lot more large canvas prints on our high streets but they are getting vastly cheaper and the reason for this Is again down to the technology becoming much cheaper for canvas printing allowing more people to try their hand at This printing method. More people getting in to canvas prints means there is a lot more competition in the printing industry and this is what causes the price to fall and that’s great for the general public so we can all get our hands on a bargain and who doesn’t like a good deal.

The great thing about the large format printers that are widely used today is that they are multifunctional and can be used for so many types of printing such as canvas printing, poster printing, book and leaflet printing to print on plastics and have the capability to use many different media types as mentioned above.

One of the biggest advertising tools today is still posters and billboards and yes the biggest will always be television but you can always turn off a television, most people I know don’t even watch adverts but you cannot turn off the world as you walk through it and poster advertising is everywhere if you go on the underground or subway the walls are full of posters advertising all sorts of things from shows movies to washing up liquid and all of these posters will have been printed on large format printer such as the ones used for canvas printing.
