An NFL spokesperson revealed that Goodell would be talking to fans during these visits.

While working on a new CBA, Goodell is also dealing with players breaking the league’s conduct rules. One is Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young, who was given a misdemeanor assault citation in Dallas because of a fight at a nightspot. Young has already apologized for the incident, but Goodell hasn’t yet ruled on whether he will receive a punishment from the league. Also on Goodell’s radar is Seattle Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill, who was arrested for domestic violence in April. Goodell met with Hill, but has yet to make a decision regarding disciplinary action.
