Tim McGraw has been on the road since February and still has several dates ahead of him on his Southern Voice Tour. In August alone he is scheduled to stop in Cleveland, Ohio; Darien Center, N.Y.; Toronto, Ontario; Louisville, Ky. and St. Paul, Minn. His last Brand Levitra stop on the tour is currently scheduled for Dallas, Texas on Sept. 10. The trek is in support of his most recent release, Southern Voice, which features the radio hit “It’s a Business Doing Pleasure with You.”
Tim McGraw got his start in the industry during the early 1990s and it was all but impossible to predict then what a huge star he would become in country music. The aspiring singer hit the big time with the release of his sophomore album, Not a Moment Too Soon. The record was an enormous success and was carried along by the radio hit “Indian Outlaw.” The effort managed to create several other singles and topped both the country and pop album charts.
If anyone thought that McGraw was going to fizzle out after having such an enormous hit, they were mistaken. The country singer was building a massive following of fans and was quickly becoming a regular name on the music charts. Follow-up albums were examples of his continuing success, including All I Want, Everywhere and A Place in the Sun. By this time the new millennium had started and McGraw was one of the biggest country stars on the scene.
His two most recent albums, Let It Go and Southern Voice, both appeared in the late 2000s and as with pretty much all of his previous work, were immediate hits on the charts. Southern Voice also features several other hit tunes including “Still,” “If I Died Today” and “Southern Voice.”
His current tour should not be missed by any of his fans and according to CMT.com it is already ranked as one of the top 10 tours of 2010, along with treks by Taylor Swift, George Strait, Bon Jovi and James Taylor/Carole King. He currently holds the eighth place mark alongside Lady Antebellum with $28.2 million grossed.
If you are looking for a lively show filled with some of his classics as well as some of his newer material don’t miss one of the upcoming dates on Southern Voice. The country singer has come a long way since the early 1990s and it seems his music just keeps getting better!
