Black Eyed Peas Tickets – Partying over the Weekend
The Black Eyed Peas always seem to have a good night and this past weekend they lived up to some of their dance-party lyrics by enjoying an evening at the hip celebrity nightclub Krystle in Dublin, Ireland. The band members let loose after their performance at Europe’s Music Festival Oxegen and headed to the ultra-exclusive club where they were treated to their own private suite.
According to an article in the Herald, the band members mingled with fans and enjoyed the club’s Penthouse section. Frontman Will.i.am was quoted as saying, “Oxegen is one of the best festivals in the world. You’re really special to us. Out of all the places in the world we’ve been we’ve asked, ‘Where is the love?’ and the love is definitely here in Ireland.” The band also played at T in the Park, another music festival held in Scotland. Make sure that you find the love when the Peas perform at a stadium near you. Get your Black Eyed Peas tickets online today!
Perhaps the biggest news involving the band comes with the recent decision to have a 3-D concert tour movie made by James Cameron, who is likely the best director for the job considering the success of Avatar. Will.i.am said in Vibe magazine: “We have the biggest director because we are the biggest group on the planet. People will be able to see us in the theater with the 3-D glasses and everything.”
The film is scheduled to be shot in South America and will document the band’s tour and include extensive footage of each of their performances. The Peas are currently on their E.N.D. World Tour 2010, scheduled to run throughout the summer.
The Black Eyed Peas got their start in the industry with the release of their debut album, Behind the Front, in 1998. The record received critical acclaim and featured the songs “Joints & Jam,” “Be Free” and “Say Goodbye.” The album was the start of something special for the Peas as their star power kept growing with their sophomore effort, Bridging the Gap, and even more so with their 2000 release, Elephunk.
Elephunk introduced a new member, Fergie, who replaced original backing vocalist Kim Hill and featured the three Top 40 hits: “Where is the Love?” “Hey Mama” and “Let’s Get It Started.” The Peas kept climbing with the follow-up Monkey Business, which perhaps was their most successful to date thanks to singles like “Don’t Punk with My Heart” and “My Humps.” The group’s latest album, The E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies) features the hit songs “Boom Boom Pow” and “I Gotta Feeling.”
The Black Eyed Peas have always inspired fans to get up and dance to their beats. Their celebratory mood and festive lyrics are enough to make all of their live concerts reminiscent of one big party. Join the crowds of fans and book tickets to see the Peas when they take the stage in a city near you. It’s definitely time to get this party started!
