Alicia Keys is one of three popular music stars scheduled to perform at the Black Ball in New York. She will be joined by Jay-Z and Sade at New York City’s Hammerstein Viagra Jelly Ballroom on Sept. 30 for the seventh annual Keep a Child Alive fundraising event.

Keys said in a statement on MTV website: “Sade? Jay-Z? Both icons and major influences of mine. I am overwhelmed by their generosity in helping us continue the tradition of making the Black Ball the best fundraiser in NYC. There are more surprises coming up!
