When I was younger, maybe 10-12 or so I was exposing myself to “new age” type of music. I fell in love with the trance and beauty that came from many artist that I ran into, many being from Pagan and Wiccan paths or what people would consider to be. Like artists like Lorenna Mckennit in “Wiccan Dance” or it’s real name the “Mummers Dance”. I even found a website that would create an online radio station for which I believe was 365radio.com or something to that nature, and I compiled all this beautiful music in one place.

But out of all the artists I found I was most impressed and in actual awe with tears of excitement and joy that I found such a musician. The song title was called Nightingale and the artist was Yanni. I couldn’t believe that such a diversified musical nature existed, to my very being I felt a different nature inside his music and I quickly proceeded to look for more of his music.

There is something in music of this stature, it’s complete uniqueness develops a quiet rarity in the sounds created from his awesome composure of music.

Now is the time to say if you have never heard of this mans style the time is now to understand exactly what the world over has been raving about.
