Self defense is a very important and useful tool that can be used throughout ones life. Attacking sensitive areas on the attacker such as eyes, throat or even the nose will stun or even blind the attacker causing them to back off long enough for you to get away. Hitting an attacker in the nose is a good way to disorient an attack as it will cause his or her eyes to water as well as cause a good amount of pain. The throat is a very soft spot on any attacker. One swift move to the throat will put the attacker on the ground gasping for air.
The more advanced forms of self defense will also be affective and will come only with time and practice. These will be moves that will show you how to disarm or disable an attacker based on how they come at you. These techniques include locating and pin pointing pressure points as well as moves that re used in basic hand to hand combat often used in the army and navy. These moves will instantly disable your attacker regardless of age, weight, size, and body composition of not only your attacker but yourself as well. It’s important to know that size and strength are not huge factors in real life self defense. In sport fighting its all about strength and endurance, in real life, most fights end in 10 seconds. Have a game plan and execute it. That’s the name of the game.
