It is well renowned for its fossils and exhibits related with paleontology. It accommodates the world’s best Jurassic dinosaur bone collections. One can also watch an egg of the dinosaur that is around 150 million years old.
The Earth Science Museum exhibits a collection of ice-age mammals with magnificent sea creatures. It also houses dinosaurs and the impression of their skin. You can also visit the dinosaur excavation shop situated in the premises of the museum.
Provo Tabernacle is an interesting place to visit during your tour to the city of Provo. It is a classic example of Victorian-style gables and stained-glass windows. The building is almost about hundred and twenty years old built by the Latter Day Saints Church. Tabernacle holds a very important position in the religious and cultural activities of the city. This is also a proud venue of several concerts, events and operas.
It hosts America’s Freedom Festival which is the largest celebration of the nation’s independence. This festival comprises thirty events that last for about twenty one days. It also organizes two major festivals such as the Festival of Latinoamericano and the Sego Festival.
