Some girls may encounter mood swings or discomfort before the period starting, but these indispositions (PMS) are what normal that can generally occur in girls more than 80%. These symptoms start when the body gets to ovulate but the body can turn back to its normal state when the period comes. Though this is normal, we can find the ways to help you get rid of these indispositions.

What to Do

– Note down the food list
You may suffer from the period due to reaction of body toward some food. So you should note down every food you take in a week before the first day of your period. Then try to cut some food out. This may help you realize the cause of your PMS.

– Take small meals
Change your 3 big meals and separate to be 4-5 meals a day instead to reduce the swelling condition. Though you can have snacks, do not forget to take veggies or fruits instead of cookies or fries.

– Go exercise

– Dairy Products
Note to take dairy products to gain more calcium in fighting with the PMS. But don’t forget to opt for the low-fat ones like low-fat yogurt or milk. In case you don’t like drinking milk, you can get calcium from other sources like black beans, white beans, green beans, soybeans, almond, cabbage, and green-leafed vegetables like broccoli and spinach, etc.
