Among the states in the United States, Texas has many cities and neighborhoods that have been ranked as the best cities to live in and the safest place to raise children. Statistics are based on factors such as a good economy, good school districts, parks and recreation and low crime rates. In fact, many Dallas neighborhoods are among the lowest crime rates in the nation making them very attractable for families raising children.
