You can also roll them while you are dealing with your wrists to avoid numbness.
Contracting your abdominal muscles would also help you to stay fit while sitting at your desk. If you don’t have a room of your own you must be ready for people having fun with your sitting exercises. However what they don’t know is that you will be laughing when they start to look for a doctor for their problems.
