One problem that I see crop up repeatedly in relationships is that a man and woman become so comfortable with each other that they basically let it all hang loose. This is the natural tendency when you’ve been dating for a while, but it can also be a huge attraction killer.

If you want to keep the spark alive in your relationship, work to maintain a little bit of that aura you both projected when you first met one another. Don’t divulge every little thing about one another. Keep some things mysterious and unsaid. Here are some ways that PUA\’s do that:

– Less said. The stereotype is that women like to talk, but in reality, this isn’t necessarily always the case. Sometimes men like to gab and talk about inane things. I’m not saying you can talk about things that aren’t important, but I want you to think about censoring yourself a bit so she doesn’t know every single thing you are thinking. If you think before you speak, you will say things more relevant and interesting and avoid hurting feelings to boot. The less you say – used in moderation – the more mysterious you are and that mystery builds attraction.

– Slob. Another thing that happens when couples get comfortable in a relationship is that they stop engaging in that behavior that they first used to impress the other. The first time you stayed the night at your house I bet you didn’t leave your underwear on the floor of the bathroom and were careful to put the toilet seat down. Continue to do those things now and you can help keep attraction alive.

– Rude. Remind yourself that she is not one of your guy friends. Don’t fart and burp around here like a pig.
