If you were to ask men and women what they find to be the most sexy part of a man\’s body, the majority of them would say a man\’s six pack stomach. Having a six pack stomach is a sign of true health and fitness. If you have a six pack stomach, you are lean and in great shape. And since your body fat is low enough, your cholesterol and blood pressure will be in healthy ranges as well. And, don\’t forget, the women are going to be much more attracted to you, because of your amazing condition.

As a Huntington Beach Boot Camp trainer, I constantly get asked, \’how does one get a six pack stomach?\’ Most people think all you have to do is a ton of situps and ab crunches. Well, that will never work. Yeah, it will help strengthen and develop your abs, but it won\’t have them popping out through the skin.

In order for any man to have six pack abs, you need to get your overall body fat levels low enough, where the fat on your stomach has been so reduced to a point where your abdominal muscles show. No amount of situps or any abdominal exercise will ever get your stomach lean enough to have your six pack showing. And you can\’t spot reduce fat.

So, the next question people ask is how do you get your body lean enough so your abs show? Well, that is a great question. I get asked this all the time from my Huntington Beach Boot Camp clients. And the answer is very simple.

There are two things you have to do in order for you to get lean enough to sport a great set of six pack abs. First, you need to eat right. And second, you need to perform the right type of exercise regimen. And I don\’t mean doing hours upon hours of long, and boring cardio. I mean you need to incorporate weight resistance along with fast paced, stop and go cardio training. The combination of an intelligent nutritional program and exercise program.

When it comes to eating right, it\’s really not that difficult. First, you need to get rid of all the processed foods out there. Processed foods are foods that have been chemically altered from their original state, such as potato chips, cakes, and sodas.

Anything that comes in a box or has long shelf life, is considered to be a processed foods. Processed foods make it easy for you to get fat and become very unhealthy. Processed foods contain many more calories and also spike your insulin levels, making it much easier for your body to convert those calories to fat.

I remember one of my Huntington Beach Boot Camp clients was eating nothing but processed foods, while workout out, and he could never shed a pound. But, once he decreased his consumption of processed foods, his body fat dropped by 12% in just 4 months. And he got six pack abs in the process.

Next, when you exercise you must use weight resistance. By lifting weights you will increase your muscle mass and by doing that you will also increase your metabolic rate, thus allowing you to burn more and more calories for a much longer period of time. Add some wind sprints three to four times per week for about 20 minutes and watch the fat just peel off your body like a banana.
