Arranging their room according to their favourite things will encourage them to transfer.
2. Give them teddy bear to hug at night – if they are afraid to be alone in the room then what you could do is to give them teddy bear or other stuffed toys to hug at night. You could tell the kids that this teddy bear will watch them sleep at night so there is no more reason to be afraid.
3. Read happy stories before they go to bed – it is also a good idea to read happy stories to them before they sleep at night. However, you should make sure to leave the room after you finished the stories. They will be having hard time to separate from you if you will continue to pamper them by sleeping on their bed with them.
4. Leave a lampshade light on – when you noticed that the kids are afraid of the dark then the best solution to that is to leave a lampshade light on. This way they will feel more comfortable sleeping on their own.
